Free shipping is included on most of our retail products to all U.S. locations for products singly or combined that total less than 20 pounds. Bulk items such as 25lb buckets or case lots will include shipping within the contiguous U.S., but additional charges will apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories and APOs.
For locations outside of the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quotation.We strive to ship all orders within one business day and most goods will typically be delivered within 5 business days of placing your order. Services used include US Postal Service Priority Post, Fedex Ground, and UPS. Tracking numbers for all services are emailed to you upon shipping.

Money-Back Guarantee: Bioredex products should be allowed sufficient time to perform and when used as per instructions is warranted to give customer satisfaction. Warranty is limited to the refund of the purchase price upon return of the can with the unused portion of the product (smallest sizes only).
