A Review of Bio-Clean Natural Drain Cleaner

When you hear the word "bacteria" your first thought might be keep it away from me! But you also know that the action of friendly bacteria is a requirement for life on earth. For example, your body's digestive system uses bacteria to regularly help breakdown food for processing. Yogurt is considered a healthy food because of its bacteria content that aids digestion. (Probiotics anyone?)

Now let's talk about our home plumbing!

Sooner or later we're all dealing with plumbing problems related to stuff blocking the pipes. Clogged shower drains, clogged bathtubs, clogged toilets. First thing the plumber does is scold you for even trying those chemical drain openers - don't you know what they do to your pipes! The plumber's quick solution is usually the "snake" - a long metal coil that is worked down the pipe to loosen up the blockage in a few minutes. Now pay the man! (Minimum house calls are generally $75 and up.)

So what does Bio-Clean do differently? The most fundamental difference between Bio-Clean and the methods mentioned above is that it actually dissolves the accumulated build-up of pipe "gunk" instead of just punching a whole in the stoppage to temporarily let the water flow out.
